tranquil riad experience
useful tips local knowledge
asad met us after the taxi dropped us off in the medina. he provided useful tips and information (it was very helpful). his local knowledge helped our all female group feel safe to explore the vibrant city. the location is a few minutes walk from the spice market, main square and souks.
the room had some humidity. i had to ask for dry towels since the others did not dry.

Really good Stay in a Traditional Setting
friendly staff local products central location
The staff was ALWAYS available and ready to assist. Asad even met us upon arrival to guide us through the souk directly to the riad. Breakfast included local fresh products. The coffee tasted AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed being so close to everything.

helpful staff early assistance
I am grateful for the helpful staff. Asad accompanied us to the driver's meeting point early. Abdul assisted with purchases of spices. I appreciated the riad's location inside Medina. It made exploration convenient.
The room have strong smell when I checked in. I think the hotel have to solve humidity issues. That should be fixed so next guests are more comfortable.

Breakfast included local fresh produce. The coffee tasted delicious. Tea and hot chocolate were also available, and both were the most delicious I have ever tasted during my travels.

Each room feature unique decoration. The team took care of every need. The Riad arranged various excursions. Those excursions provided a break from the busy Medina. I am grateful for that.

a gem in the medina
helpful tips included breakfast rooftop terrace
i really enjoyed my stay. abdul picked me up from the taxi, a great help (i get lost easily!). he gave me loads of tips about what to see and how to stay safe. breakfast was included, and i ate on the rooftop terrace.
the room on the ground floor had a slight damp smell. it wasn't overwhelming, but noticeable. i had to ask for fresh towels because the ones provided didn't dry quickly in the humidity.

the hotel is situated right in the city center. it is easy to find after the first time. i felt completely safe walking to the riad at any time of day or night as a solo female traveler.

damp towels billing discrepancies
the staff were very cute. i found the location acceptable, close to main attractions.
The room i was assigned was quite humid. A distinct odor permeated the air. i had to specifically request fresh towels because the provided ones remained damp. i also discovered discrepancies on the final bill, with an overcharge of 120€.
